Senior Pastor
Rev. Winston Mansingh

Rev. Winston Mansingh is the Senior Pastor of POBMC, a member church of the Open Bible Standard Churches Trinidad and Tobago (OBSCTT). He is married to Daughn since February 1992 and together they have 2 children — Pierce Jabez & Oracle Rhema.
A graduate of the Community Bible Institute (Brooklyn, NY) and the Haggai Institute (Maui, Hawaii), Rev. Mansingh is an internationally certified educator on HIV, a John Maxwell Leadership Trainer, and holds a Bachelor's in Christian Ministry.
He is the 2014 recipient of the Chaconia Medal (Bronze) — Trinidad & Tobago's 2nd highest national award for religion and community service — and in 2017 was named a CARICOM Champion for Change for HIV advocacy.
